I just thought I’d share this little tip with you today, because, it really is imperative that there is enough blood flow in your hands when you’re playing the Guitar or Bass or Ukulele for an extended period of time.
You see, playing an instrument is completely unnatural, and therefore uses muscles that we don’t normally use in normal day to day life.
